Hola ya estoy de nuevo por aquí,hoy he rescatado esta receta de mis apuntes que tengo desde mis inicio,y me dado cuenta que no la tenía aquí puesta,hoy os la voy a poner ya que están muy ricos y para que puedan disfrutar vuestros hijos con ellos,a mí me duraron minutos,si me descuido no pruebo ni uno,tengo que volver hacérselos….

- Tamizamos la harina,levadura y le mezclamos el azúcar ,en un bol batimos los huevos con la miel,el edulcorante,la esencia y se lo echamos a la harina mezclando bien,le vamos echando los 50 ml de agua poco a poco que se vaya integrando bien y dejamos reposar 1/2 hora.
- Cuando este hecho el reposo le añadimos la cucharada de agua y mezclamos bien y listo para hacer ya.
Ponemos una sartén que no se pegue y vamos haciendo tortitas de una cucharada (yo he usado una de madera) salen 18 tortitas en total 9 dorayakis ..
Hasta que no haga burbuja no le deis la vuelta . - Luego rellenáis con chocobo blanco o negro y si no encontráis hacéis el casero que está en mi blog y nutella de calabaza,os dejo como hacerla …
- Nutella de calabaza: 600 de calabaza, 1/2 de zumo de limón, 14 g miel, canela y una cd de edulcorante. Al micro hasta que se quede blanda,luego trituramos y ya tenemos la mermelada. De lo que nos ha salido guardamos la mitad para la nutella.
39 g chocolate dolça derretido con 3 cd de leche,15 gramos de cacao fibra,14 gramos de avellanas una ucharadita de edulcorante.
Lo mezclamos todo,trituramos y listo.. - Sale cada dorayaki relleno por 2 ProPoints..
