- Tapamos la sartén para que se produzca vapor y dejamos cocer por espacio de 2 minutos, tened mucho cuidado, son muy delicadas y se queman con mucha facilidad, les damos la vuelta, volvemos a colocar unas gotitas de agua y dejamos 2 minutos más, retiramos y continuamos hasta terminar la masa...
- Mirad que bonitas quedan, a mí me han salido 9 tortitas pequeñitas, podéis hacerlas un poco más grandes con tres cucharadas de masa si lo preferís...
- Emplatamos...las he acompañado de dulce de leche, nata montada y azúcar glass espolvoreada... verdad que se ven súper apetitosas...
