  2. Ahora vamos a hacer la masa, formaremos un volcán con la harina fuerte, la harina integral, la sal y levadura y le agregaremos nuestro poolish ya fermentado de poco a poco y así para poder integrar todo
  3. Agregamos un poco de aceite de olivo a la masa
  4. La masa queda un poco pegajosa y es normal ya que es por los líquidos que se le agregaron
  5. Dejamos la mesa en un bol para que doble su tamaño
  6. Ya que haya doblado su tamaño la ponchamos
  7. La sacamos del bol y con la ayuda de un rodillo extendemos nuesta masa
  8. Con la ayuda de un cortador, cortamos nuesta masa para que quede igual
  9. Barnizamos con aceite de olivo
  10. Agregamos las aceitunas y calabaza
  11. Lo metemos al horno a 180°c de 20 a 25 minutos
  12. Lo sacamos del horno y cortamos uno a la mitad para ver cómo quedó nuestro pan
  13. Listo ya tenemos nuestro pan
