  5. Cuando comience a hacer volcanes, dejar cocinar por uno o dos minutos más o menos, bajar de la candela.
  6. Hechar el flan cocinado en el molde que previamente se había encaramelado y habíamos reservado.
  7. Enfriar, refrigerar y virar solo cuando esté completamente frío.
