- 190 gramos queso crema (1 paquete)

- Llevar al horno previamente caliente a 350°F, por 12 minutos aproximadamente. Sacar del horno espolvorear azúcar glass sobre el pan, voltearlo sobre un papel encerado y con ayuda de mismo papel enrollarlo y dejarlo que se enfríe.
- Mientras se enfría puedes ir batiendo el queso crema y la mantequilla, que preferentemente estén a temperatura ambiente y cuando este suave la mezcla agregar la vainilla y después poco a poco agregar el azúcar glass, ya cernido, para que no se hagan grumos. Batir hasta que quede como una crema.
- Desenrollar el pan ya frío, untar toda la mezcla del relleno y volver a enrollar, espolvorear azúcar glass sobre el rollo, envolverlo en papel encerado nuevamente y refrigerar 2 horas por lo menos.
- Una vez pasado ese tiempo, puedes quitarle el papel encerado y decorarlo a tu gusto.
