  1. Lavar y llevar al horno la calabaza hasta tiernizar, le hice marcas con el cuchillo yo la vacío después.
  2. Mientras tanto preparo el relleno, la olla con fondo de aceite y coloco la cebolla y morrón, luego agrego el contenido de una lata de crema de choclo, cubito de caldo, condimentos, orégano y un resto de zanahorias ralladas que también fue para ahí.
  3. Agrego perejil picado y queso en cubitos -yo tenía cremón-. Reservo el relleno. Fuera del fuego agrego 2 huevos.
  4. A la calabaza la tuve que partir a la mitad a mitad de la cocción, pues estaba demorando mucho en el horno, casi 45 minutos. Saqué la pulpa de su interior y se la agregué al relleno (sin las semillas) y coloqué el relleno y lleve al horno hasta cocinar el relleno 30 minutos en mi horno. Muzzarella por arriba y la acompañé con tomatitos cherry.
  5. Derretir la muzzarella y pronta
